Save time when you just need to record a simple todo by using the quick add button.  The quick add button is located next to the add button in the top right of the screen.

Enter the new task name and select Done on the keyboard to create the task.  If you have several tasks to create, select the quick-add button after entering your task name.  A new task will be created and you'll be able to enter another task name for creation.  If you don't enter any text for the task name you can select the quick-add button to cancel the add.
