Inbox
The Inbox is a special list used any time you do not specify another list. The Inbox is a built-in list and cannot be renamed or deleted. It is always shown in the Lists view.

Use the Inbox to create new tasks in when you are in a rush to just add something to do. Your new task is held in the Inbox until a later date when you can refer back to it and re-assign it.
By default, Todo is configured so that when you create a new task while viewing the All or Focus list, your new task will be placed in the Inbox unless you otherwise specify. Additionally, when you import new tasks from Appigo Notebook or from an email, these tasks will also be placed in the Inbox.
