Setting up Todo Task Alert service

  • Verify that the prerequisites for Todo Alerts are met
  • Open Todo
  • Select Settings | Alerts

  • Enter your Name and Email information and then tap on the Save button

  • After saving your settings you will be sent a verification email
  • In the verification email click on the provided link to activate the Todo Task Alert service

  • Once you have activated alerts, any task with a specified due time will cause an alert to be sent to your phone based on your alert settings. The alert(s) that are sent to the device will consist of the Task's name.
    NOTE: All alert prerequistes must be meet to actually receive the alert.
  • Any modification to a task's name, due date or due time that are saved in Todo will trigger an update to be sent to the Apple Push Notification service causing the alert to be updated accordingly.
