Move Existing Task into a Project
Todo allows you to move existing tasks into projects. In this example we would like to move the "Fire contractor" task into our "East Side Renovation" project. Below are the steps you can take to accomplish this.
- Select the "Fire contractor" task.

- Once you are in the Edit Task view, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Actions..." button.

- From the "Actions..." UI select the "Move into a Project" option.

- In the "Select Project" UI, there will be a list of all of your projects. In this example we have one project and we want to select the "East Side Renovation" project.

- Now if we navigate back to our list view, lets look inside the "East Side Renovation" project.

- Viewing the subtasks in the "East Side Renovation" now shows that the "Fire contractor" task is now part of the project.
