Can I share a list with another user?
- If you synchronize your tasks with Remember The Milk, you have the option to share a list with another Remember The Milk user. Either user can add, modify, and complete tasks in the shared list and the changes will be reflected on both accounts.
- Toodledo also has this feature, but we are currently not able to synchronize this information with Todo. This is something we're working with them to make possible in a future release.
- NOTE: Both RTM and Toodledo require pro accounts for shared lists support.
- An upcoming version of Todo will allow you to email tasks to another Todo user via email from your iPhone or iPod touch. The recipient will be able to import the task directly into Todo by tapping the import link in the email.
