After updating my iPhone/iPod touch to the latest OS, my notes appear to have no dates. What can I do to correct this?

There appears to be a problem in the latest OS for the iPhone / iPod touch devices when switching from 24-hr to 12-hr time format. This may make your notes appear as if they do not have any dates associated with them. To correct this problem:

Open the iPhone/iPod touch's Settings application
Go into General -> International -> Region Format
Select your region again (even if it's already selected)
Back out of and exit the Settings application
Launch Notebook and your notes should now contain all their proper dates
