Please provide us with:

• Your contact information
• A direct URL link to your app on the United States App Store
• Five (5) iTunes App Store Promo Codes (used for our judges)
• A brief one (1) paragraph app description that you would like us to use should we list your app on our website (400 character limit)
• A brief description of how your app integrates with Todo. Include instructions on how to view the integration in your app.
• Any other information, service codes, credentials, etc. which may be required to operate your application
• If your app requires special hardware, please review the "Eligible Entries" section in the Official Contest Rules.
