Sharing Lists with Todo

 

Individual productivity is great, but effective collaboration is even better. Todo is designed with sharing in mind — all you have to do is share a custom list.

 

Sharing Lists with Todo for iOS

  • Navigate to the List screen
  • Tap the ‘i’ button on the right-hand side of the list you want to share
  • Select Invite People to List
  • Enter the email address for the person with whom you would like to share your list
    • Tip: Let Todo access your contacts to make sharing even easier
  • Tap the Invite button to send the invitation email
  • Tap Done in the top right corner

Sharing Lists with Todo for Web

  • Log in to todo-cloud.com in your favorite web browser
  • Open the lists option menu by hovering over a list name and selecting the edit button (little gears icon) that appears
  • Select Sharing
  • Select the Add More People button
  • Enter the email address(es) for whom you would like to share your list with
  • Press the Invite button to send the invitation email

Sharing Lists with Todo for Mac

  • Right click on the list you would like to share
  • Select Sharing from the menu
  • Press the “+” button
  • Enter the email address for the person whom you would like to share your list
  • Click OK when you have finished adding individuals to your list
