Connecting Todo with Appigo Sync on Windows

Prerequisites

• Appigo Todo 3.0.1 or later installed on your iPhone / iPod touch
• Appigo Sync for Windows installed and running
• Wi-Fi network connecting iPhone / iPod touch with Windows PC on same computer network (subnet)
• Synchronization via the USB cable is NOT supported. Hence the Wi-Fi requirement.
• Desktop firewall configured to allow incoming packets for Appigo Sync process

Installation Steps

• Login to Windows
• Launch Appigo Sync
• Launch Todo on your iPhone / iPod touch
• Tap the Todo Settings icon
• Tap the Todo Synchronization button
• Tap the Todo Service button
• Tap the Todo Appigo Sync button
• Todo will generate a Passcode that we will need to enter into Appigo Sync to Authorize the device
• Right click on the Appigo Sync icon and select the Appigo Sync Preferences... option
• From the Appigo Sync Preferences UI, select the Devices tab
• From the Appigo Sync Preferences Devices tab, select the device and press the Authorize button
• Enter the Passcode which is displaying in Todo into the Appigo Sync Passcode dialog box and press Accept
• Once your device's status shows Authorized, you can now successfully synchronize Outlook and Todo tasks
